Social Work Infusion for
Police Department

Our innovative service places non-sworn social workers alongside police departments, working collaboratively to respond to calls that do not necessitate police force intervention. By equipping law enforcement agencies with cutting-edge approaches, our primary aim is to address and rectify disparities in policing practices.

Our overarching mission is to facilitate more equitable, compassionate, and just interactions between the police and diverse communities they serve. We achieve this mission through a Social Work Infusion Model, which includes comprehensive training programs for police departments, empowering officers with essential skills and knowledge. These trainings include but are not limited to how to identify and utilize RPDSW when call involves DOMV, Child Abuse, homelessness, opioid addiction, mental health issues, alcohol & drug issues, child/family issues, racial sensitivity, and social services issues.

Simultaneously, we assist departments in seamlessly integrating non-sworn social workers, who undergo specialized training to ensure they can effectively handle a variety of situations. Together, we strive to create a safer and more harmonious environment, promoting trust, understanding, and positive outcomes for both the community and law enforcement.
